What a beginner CV should achieve
Your CV should make it easy to understand what you have actually done, what you are good at and why those skills may transfer to an AI project. It does not need fabricated AI experience or ten pages of buzzwords.
Match the role with truthful evidence. A clear, specific CV is more useful than a keyword list claiming every AI skill.
Useful transferable skills
- Attention to detail. Quality checks, auditing, documentation and error detection.
- Following procedures. Standard operating procedures, instructions or compliance work.
- Writing. Support emails, editorial work, reports or clear explanations.
- Language skills. Translation, proofreading and multilingual communication.
- Subject expertise. Real education or work experience in a field the project asks for.
Strong examples with real results
A weak line says “Hardworking and detail-oriented.” A better line says “Reviewed order records for errors and documented corrections according to a written checklist.” If the role asks for text review, a real example of proofreading, checking accuracy or following a rule-based process can be relevant.
Do not invent percentages, completed projects, employers or certificates. Keep dates and claims verifiable.
A simple CV structure
Start with name and professional contact, add a short summary, list relevant skills, then clear experience bullets and education. Keep formatting readable and use a standard PDF or DOCX where the platform accepts it. Tailor the summary to the actual role, but do not tailor the facts.
If you want personal feedback, message Denys Haidamaka on LinkedIn through the contact section. Sending a CV is never required just to read guides.
